Refund and Returns Policy – Ordering.lk

Thank you for shopping at Ordering.lk. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You can return items within 3 days from the date you received them.

• After 2 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
• Downloadable software
• Gift cards
• Intimate or sanitary items
• Health and personal care products
• Hazardous or flammable items (e.g. gas, liquids)

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are given:

• Books with signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, games, software, vinyl records, etc.
• Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our fault)
• Items returned after 30 days

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your card company (it may take time to reflect).
3. Contact your bank.

7. Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

• You’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return.
• If not marked as a gift, we’ll refund the buyer.

10. Shipping Returns

To return your item, send it to:

• You must pay the return shipping cost.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your return is refunded, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For expensive items, use trackable shipping or insurance – we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
